1
Q

LEAD II
positive p wave =
negative p wave =

A
\+ = sinus rhythm
- = junctional rhythm
2
Q

P waves of different shapes in the same lead

A

could be atrial premature beats

3
Q

absent of inverted p waves in lead II

A

could be junctional premature beats

4
Q

how does a p wave look in junctional rhytms?

A

absent, inverted or retrograde

5
Q

really long QRS -

A

wolff-arkinson white syndrome because traveling muscle cell to muscle cell

6
Q

occassional really large wide pqrs

A

unifocal PVC if they all look the same, multifocal if they look differenct

7
Q

what would a right atrial abnormality look like?

compare to left

A

tall, normal duration p wave

left would be a normal amplitued with longer duration

these abnormalities indicate that dilation or conduction delay (possibly due to hypertrophy)

8
Q

ST elevation in what leads indicates an inferior infart

A

II, III, aVF

9
Q

ST elevation in what leads indicates and anterior infact

A

V1-V3

anterolateral if V1-V5/6
