A licensee must not allow any person to have personal supervision of the premises for longer than 6 weeks without approval from the authority OR Lease or sublease the right to sell liquor or any part of the premise.
If licensed premises cease trading during any continuous period of more than 6 weeks, the licensee must notify the Authority in writing that the premises have ceased to trade.
Boundaries of licensed premises.
Name of licensed premises. Need name of premises, name of licensee, type of licence, type of activity for on premises licence to be maintained on the front of the licensed premises where it abuts with and can be seen from a public place.
Temporary premises. If premises is rendered unfit for use the Authority may approve licence to be used at temporary premises.
Breath analysis equipment. If installed on premises cannot be used as evidence in any proceedings. Must have relevant sign at machine.
The regs may make provisions regarding RSA. (Liquor Promotion Guidelines)
(1) The regulations may declare a specified liquor product (or class of liquor products) to be an undesirable liquor product.
The Secretary may, by notice in writing given to a licensee, restrict or prohibit the licensee selling or supplying a liquor product specified in the notice.
