You Must be on the physical exam tab of note writer and likewise for ROS macro’s
Make your selections then go to manage macros ➡️save as macro

To create a new smart block unrelated to current documentation, go to manage my macros ➡️ create new

If you accidentally apply a macro, you cannot undo that action. Canceling the note discards all documentation in the writer since the last time you excepted

An epic 2014, you can choose which specific preference list to add a new preference item added on-the-fly

To browse your preference list items
In meds and orders, click new order button
On the top right of the browse tab, select only favorites checkbox
