When there’s cause to believe perp of crime fled into tunnel and perp is:
A. SPI caused
B. Armed with Deadly Weapon
C. Deadly Physical Force used or threatened

What is the animal policy on NYC Transit?
No animals in transit or any facility unless enclosed in a container and carried in a manner which wouldn’t annoy other passengers.
Exemptions to law:
1. Anyone with help dog and needs their service.
2.Service dogs undergoing training by professional with necessary ID at hand. (Doesn’t need the disabled person)

C. Training School collar tag.
3. Disabled person not required to show proof of disability.
Note: Service animals are not readily ID through special colored collars or harnesses and must be leashed. This procedure includes animals riding on Trains and Buses.

Note: May request ESU in non-emergency situations if Housing Emergency personnel will be delayed.
Prepare: Field Report and Aided, if necessary upon completion. Must remain with elevator until relieved or secured
