Describe Direct Aggression
Direct Aggression in when there is an aggressive physical act towards other players/ the act is directed at other players.- Inside or outside rules of the game.
Give a sport example of Direct Aggression
Inside the rules of the game- a rugby tackle, as you can take your anger out of a different player giving you more power.
Outside the rules of the game- foot tackle in football, this can be used to put players down and give your team an advantages if the tackle for you goes unseen however gives an advantage to the other team if it is seen.
Describe Indirect Aggression
Indirect Aggression is when there is an aggressive act towards an object and doesn’t include any physical contact however it makes them gain advantage.
Give a sport example of Indirect Aggression
When a bowler in cricket bowls a fast bouncer to intimidate a battsman- this also makes the ball harder to hit and puts stress on the batsman gaining the bowler an advantage as yhe batsman won’t hit the ball properly.
