It's the sheet of peritoneum that drapes over the reproductive organs in the female

Includes: mesosalpinx, mesovarium, mesometrium

What is the round ligament?

Structural integrity and support

Uterine body through inguinal canal and onto labia majora

Analogous to spermatic cord

Tethers ovary to body of uterus

Ovarian artery and vein covered in broad ligament
