When should metoclopramide be contraindicated?
Bowel obstruction because it is a 5 HY agonist which increases gut motility

Doesn’t cross BBB, contraindicated in bowel obstruction and in impaired cardiac conduction

Migraine related N+V
What is given for motion sickness?
Anti muscarine hyoscine hydrobromide prevents motion sickness
What is given for chemo induced nausea and vomiting?
5HT3 receptor antagonist ondansetron
