pulmonary artery
carries oxygen poor blood away from heart and towards lungs
lung capillaries
where deoxygenated blood becomes oxygenated
pulmonary veins
blood from the lungs re-enters the heart from this vein
pulmonary circulation
circulation of blood from vessels from heart to the lungs then back to the heart
aorta

tissue capillaries
blood loses oxygen to cells and picks up waste and CO2 becoming deoxygenated
systemic circulation
flow of blood from body tissue to heart then from heart back to body tissue
pulse
beat of the heart as felt through the walls of arteries
