Variable Sauternes quality. Rain was tough for reds at harvest. St Emilion saw hail in September.

Not good for Sauternes. Some did not make Grand Vin. Pessac/Graves whites are decent. Wet, late year for reds. Better for Merlot.
Sauternes is delicate. Strong white quality. Stellar reds.
Sauternes was iffy. Top producers only. Great whites because of lower temps. Reds had mildew issues.
Simple and done Sauternes. Right bank was great. Left bank was ok.
