30:2 centre of chest depress sternum 5-6cm rate: 100-120bpm Only stop if there are signs of life
Defibrillation
Pass a current across the heart that completely resets the heart
Defib within 3 mins of arrest
Defibrillation in VF and pulseless VT
1st shock CPR 2 mins 2nd shock CPR 2 mins 3rd shock CPR 2 mins Administer adrenaline and amiodarone
