Work in private industry, help with intuitive product design

Work in academia, they do a lot of research

What is Darwins theory of evolution?
All living things are the end products of an extended period of evolution
Nature vs Nurture
Nature is the belief that intelligence, emotions, and personality are influenced by our genes.
Nurture is learning from past experiences instead of genes
What is the difference between a psychiatrist and a psychologist?
Psychiatrists are medical doctors that can prescribe medications.

What did Sigmund Freud develop?
Developed psychoanalysis. Believed physical problems were caused by psychological problems.

An eclectic approach, they use many different methods

Disease is attributed to biological factors, psychological factors, and social factors

Produces melatonin which helps with sleep
