  • hold away from uniform / body
  • never shake linens
  • never place on floor / clean surface
  • only rinse / sort linens in designated cleaning room
  • bag used linens in room they were used (biohazard bag for blood / OPIM linens)
  • do not carry used linens outside room unbagged
