When data is presented together with a context that provides one with an answer or supports decision making

1. Organization needs data that is consistent and clean
2. Events in the used data need to reflect current and future trends

When what seems to be a pattern is created by a coincidence
What are expert systems?
AI systems that leverage rules or examples to perform a task by mimicking human expertise
What are genetic algorithms?
Algorithms that examine solutions to a problem by comparing and re-arranging existing models to search for best alternatives
