Simultaneous contrast
Where the same color appears different based on the background color it is seen against.
Perceptual constancy
How a person sees an object as essentially the same regardless of how it changes through light, space, etc..
Binocular disparity
The difference in what each eye sees.
Linear arrangement
Arranges space in a row, either connected to each other directly or related to a linear element, such as a corridor. Variations include the bending the line in a U or a L shape, or forming a circle.
Clustered arrangement
Organizes spaces based on their proximity to each other. Usually similar in function, size, or shape, and are connected with other clusters by a central space, corridor, or about an axis, or may be freestanding within a large space.
