EEC fail then EEC degraded and MEC OPN
MEC OPN will remain on and PLA POS will activate
Fuel pump switch positions on battery start
Only one pump on and xfer pump off

idle N1 may be low, as long as it is above 51% it has 6 minutes to raise to normal range
eng oil may temporarily exceed 110 psi
