1. GEN switch - ON, ANNUNCIATORS EXTINGUISHED (Check voltage and amps)
2. BLEED AIR INFLOW switch - NORM
3. EVAP BLOWER control - AS REQUIRED
4. AIR COND switch - AS REQUIRED (On)
5. Oxygen mask - ON AND SECURE
6. OBOGS - Check (Both)
6. a. OBOGS supply lever - On
6. b. OBOGS concentration lever - Check MAX (light on)
6. c. OBOGS pressure lever - Check emergency (increased pressure) then back to normal

Overspeed Governor Check

1. Brakes - Hold as Required
2. PCL - Idle
3. PMU switch - Off (Verify Idle N1 stabilizes between 60% and 70%)
4. PCL - Advance to 100% +/- 2% Np (~30% Torque) and allow engine to stabilize
5. PCL - advance sightly and verify Np remains 100+/-2%
6. PCL - Idle
7. PMU switch - NORM (Verify PMU fail light extinguishes, Np returns to 46% to 50% Np, and N1 returns to 60-61%)

Before Takeoff

1. Minimum power at 60 KIAS - Compute
2. Speed brake - Retracted
3. Flaps - TO
4. Trim - Set for Takeoff
5. Fuel quantity and balance - Check
6. Engine Instruments - Check
7. Amps - Verify +50 Amps or Less
8. DEFOG switch - Off
9. Seat safety pin - Removed and Stowed (Both)
10. ISS mode selector - As Required (Verify ISS Lever is Locked in Desired Event)
