Do not rely on tracheal deviation or JVD

A

Hypoxia is the biggest complication associated with chest injuries

Ventilated patients are more likely to tension

Few treatment options available to technicians – what can other clinicians do to help?

Recognise the need to seek additional help for severe thoracic injury asap
