1. Disclose the RESULTS of the interview to the CAS worker as soon as possible
2. INFORM the CAS worker whether CRIMINAL CHARGES have been laid
3. CAUTION the CAS worker not to release the information to any other person

When laying a criminal charge shall consider

1. Contacting all persons known to police who may provide the accused access to firearms, or related authorizations, licenses, certificates or permits
2. Applying for a prohibition or revocation where RG exists to believe it is not desirable in the interests of safety for the offender to possess weapons
3. Including a term of “no contact with the victim” and any other child potentially at risk, if recommending release conditions
