what does it mean/how does water behave?
A
Cohesion: property that makes molecules attract. drop of water don’t spread out but will make a dome shape due to hydrogen bonding between water molecules.
Surface tension: surface film of liquid caused by attraction of particles by a bulk of liquid tends to minimise surface area.

A
low surface are=longer time to evaporate. rate of evaporation decreased.
