• Squamous Papilloma – Types 6 and 11
• Verruca Vulgaris – Types 2, 4, 6, and 40
• Condyloma Acuminata – High risk types 16
and 18
• Heck’s Disease (Multifocal epithelial
hyperplasia) – Types 13 and 32

(MACHO)
• Myxoma
• Ameloblastoma
• Central Giant Cell Lesion
• Hemangioma (Vascular Malformation)
• Odontogenic Keratocyst (KCOT)
• Also may be included:
– Dentigerous cyst

• Desmoplastic Ameloblastoma

Condensing Osteitis
• Associated with
inflammation, usually a
non-vital or irreversibly
inflamed tooth
Idiopathic Osteosclerosis
• By definition, no
discernible cause
• Any associated teeth
are vital
