comparing prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells. Flashcards

1

Q

how are prokaryotic cells different to eukaryotic cells.

A
  • they do not have membrane bound organelles.
  • their ribosomes are smaller (70s)
  • they have no nucleus
  • they have a cell wall made of peptidoglycan
    -contain plasmids, capsules and flagellum
