Things to look out for on a CD script

A

Quantity in numbers and letter

Make sure the prescriber and the person signing it is the same person

Correct wording from MEP ie as required for…

Normal CD = 28 days valid

Instalment CD = 14 days valid look out for if need weekend collection if pharmacy is closed
