Define Creative thinking
- Inventive, lateral thought process resulting in a problem being viewed from a new perspective.
What is the difference between Routine and Creative thinking?
- Routine: left brain function where focus is on logical and methodical ways. Some results. Consistent normal thinking applied to specific situation
- Creative: right brain where new ideas generated. Diff. ways to solve problems. Creative, imagination, insight, art and music awareness to find solutions.
What is the difference between Conventional and Non-conventional thinking?
- Conventional: Solutions believed and followed by everyone. Expected and normal. One solution.
- Non-conventional: Not part of norm. Creative and unique. Diverse solutions.

What is the Application of the Force Field analysis?
- Define and analyse current and desired situation.
- Driving and restraining forces listed separately.
