Collectivistic--People don't want to stand out and define themselves in relation to others and see themselves as part of a network of interconnected people.
Individualistic--People see themselves as Autonomous individuals, and distinguish themselves from others.

Ethnicity--Dimension of culture based on cultural heritage, nationality, race, religion, and language.
