What is the TPS Customer Service Strategy based on?

It is based on best practices and continuous improvement, to improve interactions with each other and with the Community, with the ultimate goal of keeping neighbourhoods safe.


The TPS initially undertook an extensive evidence-based research and engagement process, with the assistance
of a consulting firm, which included input from a cross-section of the TPS and the community. Identified areas of improvement have been grouped into the following (4) themes:

 Access
 Standards and Guidelines
 Culture and Change
 Continuous Improvement
