1) homogenous, nonclumbing vaginal diascharge

8) moving or speaking so slowly that other people could have noticed, or being so fidgety or restless that you have been moving around a lot more than usual
9) thinking that you would be better of dead or that you want to hurt yourself some way

2 or greater = warfarin
1 = maybe warfarin

HASBLED? what does it estimate? what are score ranges?

Estimates risk for A fib patient to experience bleeding episodes.
if > 3 doctors should flag patients. does not mean they should stop anticoagulation therapy.

HASBLED stand for?

-Hyertension
-Abnormal renal or liver function
-stroke history
-bleed - history or predisposition
-labile INR (outside 2-3 for a fib)
-elderly > 65 years
-Drugs - prior alcohol or drug use or medication that predisposes to bleeding such as NSAID
