Over 60 with change of bowel habit for 6 weeks

Stool sample
CRP
FBC
U and E
LFT
Thyroid
Coeliac serology - IgA
B 12 folate

What is factious diarrhoea?

Diarrhoea caused by laxatives

Drug treatments?

Anti-spasmodics (Mebeverine)
Amotriptyline
Antidiarrhoeal drugs (Lopremide)

What is overflow diarrhoea is caused from?

Constipation and compaction
