What would you ask about in someone with a fall when exploring what happened?

 

  • Before - warning/circumstances
  • During - duration, LOC, movements, incontinence/tongue biting, complexion
  • After - amnesia, muscle pain, confusion/sleepiness, impact
  • Background to attacks - previous, frequency
  • Associated cardioresp/neuro symptoms
