Lifecycle

A
  1. Eggs passed in faces
  2. Eggs hatch into miracidia on pasture
  3. Miracidia infect snail and develop into cercariae in snail then released
  4. Cercariae encyst on grass - metacercariae
  5. Metacercariae are ingested by cattle
  6. Juvenile fluke migrate through liver to bile ducts
  7. Develop and lay eggs
