MDMA Overdose
MDMA (methylene dioxymetamphetamine) = ecstasy

Treatment: supportive care, fluid resuscitation with hypertonic saline for hyponatremia
Beware of central pontine myelinosis (stripping of myelin sheath by a sudden increase in sodium)

Hypertension, vasoconstriction, thrombus formation, psychomotor agitation, severe hyperthermia, dyspnea, BOWEL ISCHEMIA, MYDRIASIS, CRACK LUNG (hemorrhagic alveolitis)
Fatalities from arrhythmias, seizures, or respiratory depression
