  • paracetamol, ibuprofen
  • Saline nasal spray/drops
  • Xylometazoline: a decongestant nasal spray (max. seven days due to risk of rebound congestion)
  • Pseudoephedrine: decongestant tablets – caution in
    hypertension, glaucoma); risk of abuse for
    methamphetamine
