A
Gender discrimination- 129m girls no access (early marriage, pregnancy, religion)
Extremism- prevent females eg Taliban, Afghanistan
Cultural identity- sexes should be separated- no girl teachers= no access for girls
Poverty- families prevent and send them to work early
