Q

What leads indicate
LBBB?
RBBB?

A

QRS >/= 0.12

LBBB:
V6 + QRS and ST depression in leads with late positivity
V1 normal - QRS (+ST)

RBBB:
V1 RSR’ with broad R’ and ST depression in leads with late QRS positivity
V6 normal

Note: LBBB is similar to LVH, so further analysis necessary
