Q

Engine Start procedure

A

Rotate Start/Stop sel to START (momentarily) and then RUN.

Verify N2 rotation w/in 10”, oil pressure rise

At 14% N2, verify ignition on.

At approx 28.5% N2 or 12” after igntion activated: verify FF and monitor ITT for lightoff (w/in 10” of FF), verify N1 rotation.

FF and ITT indi. should increase at approx 31.5% N2

Monitor ITT, N2, and oil press throughout; ensure indications do not exceed normal paratmeters
