must be:
- emergency
- directions for use
- prescription within 72 hours
- not for 1, 2, 3 CDs except phenobarbital

A

entry into POMs register on the day of supply

entry includes:
- date supplied
- name, strength, form
- name and address of prescriber
- date on prescription
- date on which the prescription is recieved
