I would say I am a trusting person and take pride in my high standards of moral and ethical conduct. My goal is to become an effective leader and act as a strong role model for others. I of course want to be successful, but I also want to feel fulfillment in whatever career path I end up choosing. I would say I have a more task behavior that focuses on achieving goals while also helping others achieve their objectives.
