If an employer has 10 or > employees who have worked during 20 or more
weeks in all of 2022,
ER is required to pay the employer’s share of the premium for all 4 quarters in 2023.
If TOTAL EEs (including those working outside CO) is > 10,
ER responsible for sending .9% premium along w/ wage reports for its CO EEs once/quarter
EEs on leave must be counted if they are expected to return to active including
paid/unpaid leave, sick or medical leave, other leaves of absence,
disciplinary suspension etc.
