What time do you open and close?
Admissions is open from 10am. The complex closes at 6pm May to October and 5pm October to April.
Is there a cash machine?
Yes there is one in visitor reception but it charges £1.85 for withdrawals
Do you do cash back?
Yes but only in the shop when you pay over £3
Can I pay by credit card?
Yes, we accept all card except for American Express with the minimum charge being £3
Can I go back out once I have paid?
We operate with a hand stamp system in the visitor reception and shop

Do you have wheelchairs to borrow?
Manual and electric to borrow from visitor reception free of charge
Can I bring dogs in? Where can I leave them?
Welcome on site and in visitor reception. Not allowed in any other buildings or on the rides except working dogs. Unsupervised area under the motor museum or they can be left outside the palace house where there is an area to tie them up
Where are the toilets?
In the Brabazon restaurant and the Domus. There is also a baby change and accessible lavatory in this area

How far is bucklers hard?
2 and 1/2 miles from the entrance. Turn left out of the complex follow the road for approximately 3/4 miles. Follow the brown signs and take the 2nd left. Follow this road to the end

Every ten minutes
How often does the veteran bus run?
Every 15 minutes on the hour in winter
