A

1/ design of an affluent/HNW program: why and how of program; tiers design; benefits across tiers; playbook to execute in BU
2/ elements of the program - needs to be based on WIP research - 4 themes being tested: 1) manulife premiere (perso wellness); 2) Manulife elite (empowerment); 3) Manu@business (business, family, protection); 4) manulife signature (exclusive perks, hassle free)
3/ testing campaigns for program - soft launch in indo to move “no tiers” to “tier3” of the program with an MVP
