How to assemble the torte
- Slice cake horizontally into two.
- Put one cake layer on a glass loaf pan.
- Spread with half of the strawberry glaze.
- Over this, put half of the white terrine then half of the chocolate terrine.
- Top with the next layer.
- Spread with the other half of the strawberry glaze.
- Top with the rest of the white and chocolate terrine.
- Chill until firm.
