How to assemble the torte

A
  1. Slice cake horizontally into two.
  2. Put one cake layer on a glass loaf pan.
  3. Spread with half of the strawberry glaze.
  4. Over this, put half of the white terrine then half of the chocolate terrine.
  5. Top with the next layer.
  6. Spread with the other half of the strawberry glaze.
  7. Top with the rest of the white and chocolate terrine.
  8. Chill until firm.
