Between 2/4000 homes had no electricity or gas.=no heating at very cold time if year
Shops were not able to re stock so families were being underfed
Thousands of homes were contaminated with flood water full of chemicals faeces and other hazards
Thousands of trees uprooted
Boats came off mooring and leaked fuel into rivers which ended ul in sea
Candles ran out
£3million in damage payout fees
Devastated entire nation
