- Mark the message as "confidential", include that at the beginning of the subject line

- Send via inter office mail, marked confidential (do not send credit card numbers via inter office mail)

How should you create your passwords?

- contain both upper and lower case
- at least 8 characters long
- have digits and non-alphanumeric characters
- not based on personal information
- not a derivative of user ID
