A

undiagnosed abnormal vaginal bleeding
known, suspected, or history of breast cancer
known or suspected estrogen-dependent cancer
current or hx of DVT or PE
current or recent (within last year) stroke or MI
liver disease
known or suspected pregnancy
known hypersensitivity to ET/EPT
