Dehydration or shock 
Known renal impairment 
Known bleeding 
Clinically significant bleeding 
Bronchospasm worsening with NSAIDS
Taking warfarin 
Pregnancy

MOA ( mechanism of action )

A

Ibuprofen is a NSAID this is predominately used in treating pain
Inhibits prostaglandin synthetase and prostaglandin production resulting in reduction in pain, inflammation and fever
