Corticosteroids INHIBIT Phospholipase A2

(Normaly)
Phospholipase A2 converts phospholipids into Arachidonic acid
Arachidonic acid is converted to Prostaglandins or leukotrienes by COX enzymes.
Prostaglandins cause Inflammation
