  1. Management inspection of a void unit in Brentford.
  2. My client required property inspection reports to be undertaken. I filled out the form which included state of repair, condition, H&S issues. I took meter reads also.
  3. I scanned and saved this on file, sent to my client.

  1. Valuation inspection of a property in Wembley.
  2. I had a four step process for this inspection, pre-checks, local area notes, external notes, internal notes.
  3. I saved all of this information on file and used this in my report and when looking at market rents.

  1. Management inspection of a retail property in Clapham.
  2. I noted a repair item at the property and took a photo.
  3. I checked the lease and noted that this was the tenant’s responsibility and advised my client of this.
  4. I advised that I should send a repair notice to rectify this.
  5. I sent the repair letter to the tenant having called them and they replied with an action plan and confirmed once it had been rectified.
  6. I advised my client that the repair was completed and that we did not need to take further action.

  1. Management inspection of a retail park in Crawley.
  2. I met the FM and client on site to run through the draft service charge budget.
  3. I advised my client of the key variances and explained why this was the case.
  4. My client had a number of items they wanted to include in the budget and i advised that they could not be included in the budget because they were improvements.
  5. After the inspection, my client approved the budget in writing and i loaded this to be billed to the tenants. I advised that the tenants had been billed correctly for the forthcoming budget.
