A

PPM allows pro active approach to future maintenance, condition survey establishes the buildings current condition highlighting current defects.

A

Identified buildings current condition, key defects will be highlighted using RAG or severity scale, along will recommendations. Broken down in to building elements with photographic schedule.

A

Pre-empts building maintenance work before it becomes defective, identifying building material, quantities, install date, current condition and remining life. Allows planning for maintenance over a 5 - 10 year period.

A

Undertaking regular site progress inspections, ensuring correct products are installed, requesting evidence of invoicing and delivery notes, ensuring products have been installed correctly referring to manufacture instructions and specifications, reviewing standardisation bodies such as BBA or BS Kite Mark.

A

I will have the survey prior to survey, if I identify damaged asbestos I will record, leave the area, and highlight to the client immediately.

A

Mineralised wood bound together with cement paste. Become weak if saturated with water. Where used as shuttering for concrete, it could cause honeycombing.
