What is the rule of thumb for determining the appropriate descent rate on an ILS based on groundspeed

A

Take the normal approach speed and Account for headwind
And add a zero And divide by 2 and that is the descent rate in feet per minute (i.e. 80 knots is 800 /2 which is 400 fpm.

A

Lowest altitude expressed in MSL to which a descent is authorized in execution of a standard instrument approach procedure where no electronic glide slope is provided
