  1. ATP-PC: Work 1 minute : Rest 3 minutes
    - Improves speed and power
  2. Glycolytic: Work 1 minute : Rest 2 minutes
    - improves tolerance to lactic acid
  3. Aerobic: Work 1 : Rest 1-0.5 seconds
    - improves VO2 max.
