The reduction of the quantity of everything used in production, including space, materials, stocks, suppliers, labour capital and time

Aims to speed up the times that each process takes in an effort to cut costs

Ensuring there is a high quality and zero defects
What is Kaizen?
A low cost approach where everyone seeks to improve what they are doing and they way they do it
